Graphics cards have a Wattage draw that is not accurate in the software, so you have to use a wall Watt meter to measure it.
Overclocks
Not all cards can run at the same settings so if your unlucky and can’t run the settings provided then decrement your memory clock down by 25 or increment your voltage up by 5 until you can find a stable point.
Drivers
If you keep having trouble with instability after trying different drivers, you should try different ones.
